Decent culture, high turnover with poor leadership

I was employed with this company, had a mid-year review solidifying a job well done and goals for the future. Then two weeks later, I was laid off with little to no reason, "we don't see you being the best fit at this time." In the following months, multiple other sales individuals were laid off. This company is notorious for high turnover and lack of training efforts. My office was on the complete opposite side of my direct manager, so it was impossible to find a good time to ask a question. There was little to no training, sink or swim culture.

First Business has an overall inclusive culture, great benefits, and lots of opportunities left and right to explore. There's plenty to do on any given day; you're never not busy, which is a huge plus. And the learning experiences are something anyone would be lucky to have in their bank. Highly recommended.
