If you’re not interested in being paid fairly, having flexibility, support, or decent benefits, apply here. Otherwise, this may not be the place for you.

It is a fun place to work. You HAVE to be a people person. You will learn a lot about people, things, and yourself.Assistant Managers, Store Managers, and DM's are typically promoted from within.

This isn't a high paying job but it is a great place to work. You will meet some interesting people and learn a few things from them. They teach you everything about your job and you'll have a blast doing it.

Market managers are all long tenured employees who never had any other job besides First Cash. Fear is plowed through the organization due to lack of education in upper management. Not a place to grow your career. The company longs for uneducated employees so market managers never have to worry about anyone competing for their jobs, for they know they would never make it anywhere else. Culture is non existent.
