This is a case study in how not to run an organization. They need to have someone who is in charge of employees that reports to the board of directors and cannot be fired by the ceo. The ceo should not have interaction with any employee other than providers, admin staff and maybe the hiring of staff.
The CEO just needs to leave. She is not approachable nor is she knowledgeable about how to run this organization. Her attitude and professional attributes are the reasons why the company will lack growth and have constant turnovers in employment. I pray she will really get in tune with the Lord because he sees it all. This place was so horrible to work for. I was promised positions and that did not happen but I thank God it didn't happen.
Trust your good employees, learn to delegate because you can't do it all yourself, pay your employees atleast a decent living wage, invest in marketing, stop belittling people.

Stay true to your word.Be upfront and honest about the companies progress. Pay your employees what they are worth, especially the many hats they wear. Your company is based off of integrity, stick with it and you'll succeed.
