Maternity leave is not so great but everything else is quite reasonable and it's not difficult work. It's a lot to learn, but the training is good and they invest in their employees.

I absolutely loved my job. But it wasn't very comfortable as far as staff and management and support. I felt left out and sometimes targeted. Had some issues with being embarrassed and yelled at in support. Support wasn't much of support most of the time. There were favoritism among peers. But as far as a company they are great and wish I still had the pleasure to work there. But unfortunately I was let go. And am devastated.

People are leaving right and left because management lacks, you have to do things you have never done on the spot a lot because of staffing issues and firing the managers that they do have. The job isn’t bad, management just expects a lot out of employees and doesn’t communicate.
Financial Specialist II in Ashtabula, OH

Compensation is low and not comparable. There is no direction in advancing. Company is very unorganized. Not worth the time and effort put in. When you ask for comparable compensation you are told other places are hiring where you can make more money. Do not recommend.

Pay and benefits are lower than competitors. Unable to maintain employees for longevity. FCB works backwards. There top priority is: Shareholders, then customers and last, employees. There are too many "gray" areas provided for branches to make decisions and no uniformity.
