Give the correct people credit. Don't think that just because the have the title manger means they know what they are doing.
Hire people with knowledge don't put someone in a mangers spot that never had a day banking experience.
New to banking employees need more than 2 weeks to learn policy and procedures to function correctly in this business. They also need everyone to follow these procedures the same way, there shouldn't be shades of gray in this business
