They are low down that's all there is to it. Managers are real dirty and sneaky they won't tell you your job is in jeopardy they just acknowledge their favorite. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there.
Ultimately, there is no room for advancement at this company. It's all about who you know and who you're related to for any type of job security. Alot of laws being bent to get what they want. My day consisted of contacting numerous accounts regarding outstanding debts. I learned a lot about communication and the ability to persuade. Sometimes it would be hard especially when the account was much older as it had been contacted many times
They will tell you everything you want to heard at the interview but once you take the offer everything change training sucks I work with people that only lasted the training once they came out to the floor they realized that Michelle lie. Salary suck they tell you you get a bonus which is very difficult to hit and if you hit it next month they make it higher rules change day to day they never give you anything on written and once they dont like the new rule they change it and tell you is your fault.
All I can is that First Credit Services is a first class organization. They will train and educate all employees for advancement. If our work is within standards they will let us go home early on Friday's.
