How about start with getting rid of the current CEO who is ruining all good things that used to exist with the corporation before his time... i.e, 401k matching, give back 2 personal days and 3 floating holidays that you took from us and madated when we took those floating holidays for holidays that may mean anything to some people and no need to be off work. Get with the times and understand that there are professionals that can be trusted to work from home and actually work more hours when doing so. For thise that can self-manage to WFH, dot give them the privilege. Too many times at FD, a few spoil it for everyone else because management doesn't want to address issues with those can't follow simple policies.
