Not being heard, managers need to take responsibility and not pass that on to their teams, they also need to not make people feel like you are doing something wrong all the time, they need to have compassion. Also HR the rule of staying in your current position for 6 months is ridiculously long. They don't let you use your abilities and knowledge in order to make the company more successful. They buy software contracts that are pure garbage and are always broken. They should focus on their own software developers instead of outside vendors. Their BCS system will eventually fail when adding more branches. They outsource that system that is not user friendly and one person owns it. If that person decided to stop supporting the BCS system it could take the whole bank down.
