FMB needs to do an assessment of the CEO and all Senior officers. These "self assessments" help determine the ability of them to work together as a Team. People need to better understand their corporate partners and exercises such as DISC helps to do this.

Some dept. mgrs. are opposed to chance and new ideas, "this is how we've always done it." Not exactly banking with momentum....it's stagnant. Mgmt. should be agents of change and open to new ways of doing things.
