We focus allot on monetary value, sales statistics. I believe personally that i would focus more on customer interaction as they are thee most important asset to the Industry and to have excellent leadership skills in order to maintain staff satisfaction. I would develop skilled programs for staff to improve they knowledge which will enable them to work at ease. Safety security and job perks and incentives to motivate staff and to keep happier customers from leaving the industry to join other competitors.

Because I work in the mortgage world the hours are not really set like a 8 to 5 type job...we have to be available for our clients, and co-workers. Being able to switch gear quickly rom one file to thhe next helps a day run smooth, this comes with being organized.
