Mangment focus on employees was not in a positive inclination. Turnover rate revealed good loyal workers weren’t valued for long term retention. Preferential treatment and considerations were afforded at times to undeserving workers based on personal relationships and not performance. Surveillance resources was applied and used for the wrong reasons - more ... which generated resentment. An example of a salaried position taking advantage of its workers with excessive length of work days. - less
