The company is going downhill fast

They work you to the bone , no appreciation what so ever. High turnover in staff because they are disrespectful to their employees. This is a very unsafe place to work! Nothing but empty promises. They string you along by saying they want you as lead ASL or assistant manager just to hire in someone else or to not give you a raise with the title. Raises? Forget it. Save yourself the mental and emotional torture and don’t apply here. Any business that has such high turnover is not a healthy or safe work environment. That is a red flag!

It doesnt have a future. Or atleast a very good one. They believe family comes after your job, and the best way to get you to do what they want is with threats and abuse of power.
