Great low level employees, exceptionally poor management
A lot of the low-level employees are very great and competent people, which makes the company culture and events a good amount of fun. Coworkers often spend time together outside of the office at local events or bars. The company also sponsors a weekly happy-hour event with beer, wine, and food.
