We actually receive PTO - paid time off. Sick leave, vacation leave and personal leave is all counted in a total. It is 20 days a year after 5 years of employment.

Very restricted, I was not allowed to use sick or vacation when I needed to take off and care for my mom in her last 3 weeks of life. I had 8 weeks of vacation and sick built up and was lead to believe they would let me use it until the time actually came.
