Long hours and rotating shifts
Written by Palletizer Operator/Trainer (Former Employee) from Lewistown, PA on July 31, 2018
There were two shifts, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. I had to drive an hour to get there. On your feet all day, dull gray walls. We made generic baby diapers. They were packed in boxs and my job was to use a palletizer to stack and shrink wrap the skids of product and load into a truck. Take inventory of product , replenish skids, change batteries in forklifts, - more ... replace shrink wrap. Train people to run the machines. Unload product, preform inspections. - less
