From our humble beginnings in 1989, First Response continues to grow and add additional offerings that allow us to improve and become more efficient. We are the only company in the Pacific Northwest able to combine our on-site, patrol, and alarm response services with a full range of electronic security through our in-house UL dispatch/monitoring center. This exclusive advantage allows First Response to provide a faster response time to a broad range of customers without using sub-contractors. With up to 15 vehicles on the road every night, over 3,000 alarm systems monitored, and over 300,000 Alarm Responses under our belt, no other company has the experience that we do.

BEST-IN-THE-BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY

We provide every officer with a 4G tablet which allows them to produce security reports while on-location. Each of our vehicles is equipped with GPS tracking, allowing us to verify routes and services performed. We created our own patrol & dispatch software which automatically sends our officer’s reports directly to our clients. No more waiting around for manually emailed reports! Additionally, this software has features that allow our dispatchers to work more efficiently, resulting in minutes off the response time!

As a Honeywell Authorized Dealer, we’re able to offer everything from home security systems to commercial fire systems. Whether you are looking for an extra layer of protection for your home or for your business, we can provide it. Additionally, our video monitoring service allows our operators to view live footage which elevates the response priority for both our officers and the local Police. Our technicians are certified and provided with monthly continued education to keep up with the ever-changing security industry technology. All technician reports are completed on a tablet which allows for efficiency in the field. This ensures our technicians can be where they need to be, when they need to be there.
