I love working at first step it is a very meaningful job the workers are great and I love working with the clients first step is a great job for anyone and the experience is humbling.

This place has some good staff and some bad. The bad staff seem to stay, while the good staff go. We were told we had room to grow, but then it is almost impossible to. The case management boss gives no support to those who want to grow into that area and is mean.
