No!! Favoritism all day!! Recently started and getting the most minimum hours possible..while people of a certain demographic started with and after me getting15+ hours more per week. I've been persistantly asking for another route for weeks..answer is always no. Someone else needs another route...poof they got it like magic. Hardly seems fair.

Beware, big company, if new, you are thrown to the dogs and ignored if you need to speak to someone.
Manager gave a mandatory meeting today and praised the recruiters and trainers, but left out the scared and lost new drivers that are trying their best to do the job based on classroom and behind tje wheel training. What about after you pass everything someone shows you tje ropes. Something goes wrong with your route, if your new, they dont care. New people are ghosts in this company and its all the way up.

First Student has no health insurance. They don't care about employees. If they did they give them basic insurance. I stuck around to get a different company. I try to relocate you can't get a management to call and give an interview. I'm the best employee you ever hire.

It took them two days to reject my resume without even reaching out to me. I hardly call that "fair."

No. The upper management in Connecticut only cares if you are not on a list. the buses could be falling apart and breakdown every day but if you are under budget that’s fine. Sacrifice the children safety over saving three cents per mileage.

No they are not fair! Their management is terrible and they do play favorites and as for the drivers they could do much better.
