Laid back environment. With people of all cultures and back grounds. Sometimes management could conduct themselves in better ways.

If you're friends with the dispatchers, you will get special treatment. They let their friends get away with murder, and they let them dress like utter slobs (sagging pants that have not been washed, ripped shirts, gym shorts, female friends of the dispatchers get to dress like street walkers) while if other drivers like myself wear gym shorts and get sent home to change and get written up.

Strange and seperated. The job is stressful bc of the driver's on the road and the support you get from your manager.
