Default servicing changed dramatically October 2017, and it wasn’t a good change. People are now being “laid off”, afraid to go to HR for any issue. The Plano office is not the place to work if you want to be treated like an adult.

Management in the Plano office is horrible in default servicing especially there is a micro manager when it comes to certain people. If applying at First United please don’t apply at the Plano office.

In the beginning, it was great. But that’ll last all of six months. If the local management was better, they’d be able to keep tellers longer than six months to a year at a time. The turnaround here is ridiculous.
