None, you use your 10 days of vacation or are expected to work 6 day weeks to compensate.

There’s no sick day policy at the time of this post. However, speaking for managers/ corporate employees, I can personally attest to being paid full compensation while being hospitalized. That was very nice, and unexpected.
We were not given sick leave. If we had to take time off due to a common illness (cold, upset stomach, etc) we had to work an extra day somewhere in that current work month.

You don't get any sick days I had the flu so bad ones I called in and they got angry with me so I had to come in the next few days with sickness to my stomach and feeling really bad and they didn't even act like they cared as long as I was making them their money.
Zero. One man called in at the north Richland hills, Texas location, THE DAY BEFORE, and the general manager told him to expect a write up for a no-call, no show. Stay away from this company. They don't care!! Two women also threw up during their shift, one IN THE KITCHEN, and the same general manager wouldn't send them home. That's against health codes.

You don't get any. If you take off more than two close or back to back days, you will be fired immediately.
