Depends on the caseload you accept. I LITERALLY worked 7 days/week for WEEKS at a time! If you accept a patient and it turns out they need daily visits, and nobody else is available to cover it (they won't be - trust me), then you are on the hook for those visits. MANY patients are DAILY wound care, and if you're not careful, you'll never have a day off. You have some flexibility in scheduling those visits with your patients, but you are kind of at the mercy of the patient wishes, number of visits, and traffic.
