I would have him look at what he is paying his employees. He needs to give proper wage increases and not just 2% accross the board. Some people do more and better work then others and deserve to be noticed for that.

They need to replace alot of there managers, start a honesty program and then maybe they will become more sucessful.

THe expectation is to show up at least 1-2 hours early and work 1-2 hours after shift. Most times the workload leads to about a 15 hour workday with plenty of exhaustion no matter the job title.
