Do not work here if you care about yourself and the elderly. They do not care about either of you. Management is horrible, loves to bully you. Go work somewhere better that actually cares

Staffing is excellent, Great growth potential and the day to day goes by a breeze since everything is laid out in such a fantastic way. I would recommend this to anyone looking to work in this field.

For the most part, the staff and owner is very reasonable when it comes to family/work life balance. I do have flexibility to choose clients near me and choose what care I am comfortable providing. I wish they resumed inservices to brush up on my skills. Also, a con is getting blasted with cases in cities where I am not willing to travel to. They have gotten better with that. I have had a few raises and they were one of the higher paying companies I found.
