Productive place and learned a lot The most enjoyable part was working with homeowners. I learned a lot of valuable information from my supervisor taught. The admin assistants are so so helpful.

The company is completely fine as it pertains to the job itself you have to do, everything surrounding it is a complete mess. The people controlling schedules and everything surrounding the employees are completely unreachable and your direct managers have no say on anything which is laughable at best. Policies they have are completely outdated and they only want to enforce rules when it's convenient to them despite having contradicting policies in different handbooks. All you are to the company is a number, do you hit every single metric, even if you excel in general if there's one metric you don't hit they make you feel terrible for it. If you ever need help in a call there's only 2 people maximum that will help. Pay is not worth the lack of emotion and humanity displayed by 95% of the people in the company. Could go on and on about the issues, but if you're looking for something quick and easy and can put the mess aside, it's for you but should not be considered something long term. PS Make sure the schedule you decide is one you can do permanently, they will NOT switch you over even after requesting it for at the very minimum 6 months.

I worked there for 3 years. Metrics need to be more lenient. It really is not easy to hit those goals that they expect from you. Its a job that pays the bills. They do offer advancement, but you need to have a basically perfect record.

Treating Your Employees Like They Are Insignificant While Residents Hold You To A Higher Regard. Always worked hard and made all the residents appreciate where their money is going. When you have Sub Par Staff. There is No Team No Motivation from Manager for the property staff to be and Feel the best
