Strong mission statement, followed. Excellent training program. Good culture. However, some lack of future land positions limit sales and commissions opportunities for sales and division growth, varies by region.

Upper management is unaware or ambivalent to the problems in the field. There is little to no communication between the departments so dealing with corporate is like dealing with the DMV. It is so hard to find anyone that knows enough to help you.

Fischer Homes' culture is second to none. With that being said, it takes someone with a lot of internal drive to succeed. No one there is just getting through the day. It is a fast paced and quickly changing environment. Come ready to work!
