Very buddy buddy. No professional boundaries.

Friendly, business casual.

I agree that it depends on what department/city location you work in. I found it stressful, a lot of people not pulling their weight, bad management choices.

Can be stressful, but bearable

Contracts team is awesome! It's stressful but the team works together!

Work culture is very dependent on the group you work for. Fiserv is a huge company with offices all over the world. I worked in Hillsboro Oregon and, generally, the culture was diverse and intersting.

StressfulNot Sure, i guess you should call them and ask

Stressful work environment. It is all about the client and the client's customers that call in seem to get lost in the shuffle. Lots of free food and the most part it depends on the department what the environment is like. It the 360 building they are angry and hostile, in LMM most everyone is easy to get a long with and fun. In cash management depending on which department you are in what the environment is like, Some are fun and makes jokes and keeps the job bearable, other departments are overly stressed and it is felt through all the associates. Management is helpful and encouraging, but many are fake.

The fellow associates are very helpful and seem to have great hearts. It is the lack of advancement that make many good talents move on.

Regimental and hierarchal. Rather ridged.

Great employees but a very stressful enivroment to work.
