The culture at Five Guys is very fast-paced. It can be a very fun and an exciting work culture. There is usually at least five employees working at a time and it can be very fun if you have the right mindset .

Cleaning floors, grease traps, and dishes. Preparing kitchen and food stock for following morning duties. Restocking all plastic ware and etc. Taking inventory of supplies. Tips are split evenly amongst staff (not managers).

There is not really a certain number.. from what i remember, we worked on 1 order at a time. Keep the orders separated and check and double and triple check that you put the right stuff on those buns.
