If like many of us you have worked at call centers before you know how they are, Five start is a cut above them, mangers that listen and actually do something with your ideas, giving you credit.
The biggest thing here is training, 4 weeks of training sounds like over kill but its great, you learn a lot and they want to learn from your past experience.
Myself ? I started as a temp over Christmas, they saw my skill and offered me a full time slot in Tech, I hope to move up in time others have in the past.
