Good place to gain management experience but not the place to advance a career
Written by Production Manager, Estimator (Former Employee) from Springfield, VA on December 8, 2017
-work days were very long and hard but very rewarding
- how to manage personnel and customers in all kinds of situations
-I had lots of freedom to manage my way and it paid off with both customers experience and benefits for the company
-the long hours and sometimes difficult customers were the most challenging aspect of the job
-the best part - more ... of the job was being able to have the satisfaction of seeing a job through to the end and seeing the finished product - less
ProsFreedom to do the job the best way I saw fit
Conslong work hours, difficult customers at time
