The haven in Greenville sc pays 9.50 for med tech. thats a joke!!!
The pay is very much below the market value for the positions offered - in the field institutions and at the corporate office. Especially for the level of work expected to be completed. The benefits are very poor and corporate HR doesn’t express compassion and often mocked the field staff who are struggling, underpaid, and receiving poor benefits packaged.
Pay should be commensurate with experience. If you work here you will most definitely have to have other income because it's not a living wage. To give someone a 15 cent raise is an insult, especially when you barely making it but still expected to work as hard as always. This from a multi million/billion dollar company. If you want good people to stay, you need to pay them.

For CNA's the pay is about 10.50. Med Tech is about 12.50. LPNs make about 13.50. For an Activities Director the pay is 15.50. Cook is about $11. The hours depend on what shift you work (7-3, 3-11, 11-7). Weekend work varies on the position. Nursing staff works every other weekend. Management staff works 1 weekend a month.

Not enough, pay rate ok but hrs. cut from 40 a week to 30 a week but no duties were cut. In other words work harder faster kill yourself your expendable. Management doesn't care about employees or residents.
Start pay it's fair I work 75.7 every 2weeks every other weekend
