Take less fees out of freelancers' pay. Don't always side with the client just to make them happy even when they're wrong, you lose freelancers that way.

Fiverr is a great place to work. All i would like to add is that sometime, we encounter the Buyers who are trying to rip the sellers. when we report them, it is very much highly unlikely that they take action against a buyer. i would like them to take action against the buyer as much as they take action against sellers.
