Pay your employees a better wage/salary so they can live without struggling. Also, get better management to represent the company. Your managers do not know how to communicate nor are they available when needed to be contacted. Make sure to pay all employees the FULL hours of their shift. Stop taking their lunch breaks out of their regular working hours (for example, shift is 6 am-2 pm. Employee takes a lunch from 12:00 pm-12:30 pm. That lunch period is taken out of the employee's workday which nets 7.5 hour worked instead of 8 hours worked). In addition, negotiate better rates for your employees' benefits. The premium rates were acceptable. However, the deductibles for those rates are ridiculous. A $6000 deductible that has to be paid before the insurance will pay for benefits is insane.
