Consider the Permit Process as a WHOLE to encourage cooperative interaction between phone agents and auditors. Do an "Undercover Boss" move and sit on the phone for a WEEK in each category. Your phone agents are the ones making you $$ every day. Support them, and your bottom line will improve. Disrespect them, as you do, and turnover will continue to be horrifying. My training class in June 2016 was about 18 people. As of June 2018, we have all left. Let that sink in....
Listen to your employee. Stop thinking about the bottom line snd rrslly take seriously the territory issues, low pay,not enough bonuses. Lets face it. More disclosure to clients on fees and real growth opportunities indide fleetcor
Think about it
I think they should have adequate facilities for employees. The restroom has no ventilation and many women. Not a healthy environment to be in for the most part of your day as full time employee.

Try to interact with the people that work for the company. Everyone that is. A good morning would be nice when you are riding on the elevator.

They can pay the employee more money for the work that the company expect so the turnover wont be so high.
