Fun workplace

Everyone was great. It is a very relaxed work environment. You feel included. However, not enough work or room for advancement. It is mentally and physically draining to be at a desk for 8 hours with nothing to do.

Good pay and less stressful

The pay here is better than pretty much any CNA job. Onboarding took a long time but was worth it. I like the lack of drama and the variety working agency brings. I can go to different facilities, do my work, and don’t have to go there again if I don’t need to. My shifts are rarely canceled and when they are, it’s a relief. I have been with fleetnurse since January . I had only one bad experience which was at Remington Plano other places. Good facilities and locations depends on how far you are willing to travel.

It’s not bad but took Forever to be credentialed. Got a few shifts and they pay well but hard to get work at the hospitals. I did all the hospital training and only got ONE shift at the hospital. I was offered two last min shifts but I was out of town.
