Fun workplace

Medical Credentialing Specialist (Former Employee) - Arlington, TX - January 30, 2023

Everyone was great. It is a very relaxed work environment. You feel included. However, not enough work or room for advancement. It is mentally and physically draining to be at a desk for 8 hours with nothing to do.

The pay here is better than pretty much any CNA job. Onboarding took a long time but was worth it. I like the lack of drama and the variety working agency brings. I can go to different facilities, do my work, and don’t have to go there again if I don’t need to. My shifts are rarely canceled and when they are, it’s a relief. A surprise day off is nice for me once in a while. Whenever I’ve called management they’ve always been helpful. I really don’t have complaints. Just no health insurance.

Great pay and flexibility

I have been with fleetnurse since January . I had only one bad experience which was at Remington Plano other places. Good facilities and locations depends on how far you are willing to travel.

It’s not bad but took Forever to be credentialed. Got a few shifts and they pay well but hard to get work at the hospitals. I did all the hospital training and only got ONE shift at the hospital. I was offered two last min shifts but I was out of town. The manager will text me for work but they say I have to book through staffing etc. Hard to get work once you get through the hoops, unless they play favorites. I’m not sure. Pay is good but I can’t get work.

Exceptional Customer Service!

FleetNurse is such a great company to work for! Most of my previous work experience includes customer service, and it's very rewarding to work for a company who actually cares about their customers needs, and who exceeds their expectations. Although everyone has their own work to do, we still come together and work as a team with the same mission to accomplish - to provide exceptional patient care anytime, anyplace!

Great leadership and team members

It definitely has the ups and downs of a startup but as a team everyone is motivated. CEO and management team try their best to do what good for the company and the rest of the team. The company is driven by goals and everyone wears many hats to achieve them.

Great place to work

One of the best company's I have had the chance to work for. The management is very engaged in the day-to-day operations and always willing to make time to help you when you need it. When there is a need for extra help in an area of the company everyone is willing to pitch in and do what is needed to get the job done. All around a great company to work for and I enjoy coming to work each day.

Fun but motivated team members

FleetNurse has a laid back work environment that allows staff members to learn and grow in unique ways that only a startup can offer. Everyone is willing to step up and help each other out when needed. We work as a team in order to accomplish the goals and mission of the company.

Great Company for PRN Shifts!

I love working with FleetNurse! The easy to use app makes picking up shifts quick and efficient. I also love the pay range! I have already recommended all my co-workers to download the FleetNurse mobile app so they can get this money!!
