Great job for hard working and organized employees who are passionate about their work they do. Perfect for strong able bodied hard working men/ women who are willing to work at their full potential.

Coworkers are bunch of gossiping school girls. Shop is the dirtiest I have ever seen. Grease, oil allover the floor. Nothing has a spot so it’s just laying around the shop I guess where the last person leaves it. It’s hard to do a job when you can’t find the shop tools. It’s hard to do a job when you got to walk around junk in the floor

Horrible work life balance, expect to work 14+ hours and Saturdays. No onboarding no Training. You learn how to run the building by making mistakes and being called out during conference calls with VP. HR undermines management to the point that employees will not do what you ask until they call HR. Completely ignorant to California law and when you try and correct them to what the law says you are met with hostility as if you wrote the law. Every conversation with HR is an interrogation, what did you do as a manager to make someone no call no show, what did you do to make someone resign, what did you do to make someone leave mid shift. HR could care less what your opinion on an employee is, partnering with HR basically means do what they say and stay quiet.Management wants you to enforce productivity numbers but have no written policy on productivity. Basically, no written policy on anything, make up things to enforce with no policy which is impossible to do in California. July through Sept down 30-40% staffing, expectation is work as many hours as needed to finish. Their idea of support is sending other managers in to tell you what is wrong but never give you resources to fix, just figure it out on your own. VP more worried about break room cabinets being clean than the fact that you are working 60 hour work weeks. They want you to fix things without making anyone mad or stepping on toes. If you want to write up anyone, see above comments about HR and expect an interrogation. A lot of incentives for hourly but does not recognize salary people at all.

Management doesn't care about its workers. An have no idea how to run a truck garage. Ever corporate person I meet didn't have a clue how to better or run the Harrisburg shop. Job not worth the time day

Fun job. Everyone helps everyone out. Pretty straightforward. Come in load up truck and go deliver parts. Once you come back, take a lunch and then do it again in the afternoon.
