As a 100% comission based job you must kill it to bring it home. The pace is extremely hectic.

Fast pace great guys in the counter but no direction from management, unfutunate deliveries don’t get done in prompt mater customer are alway calling looking for parts and counter people and out side reps teaks the brunt of the hit

In my opinion. The pace is set at a fairly fast "if it takes to long it's a waist of resources" type of mindset. Everything related with FleetPride is based on getting things done very quickly and not having any mistakes.
