Great students; low pay
College Essay Instructor (Current Employee) –  Los Altos, CAFebruary 7, 2018
Great students but no benefits. It was fun, but the pay is very low and there is little opportunity for advancement. soome parents have very unrealistic expectation about their child'sacadmic abilities

Tutor (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CANovember 13, 2017
The job was not overwhelmingly difficulty or burdensome, but management was very poor, and this created a lot of stress for me. I do not recommend anybody take this position.

although I only worked there for short period of time, I enjoyed so much, the work load was not high at all and teammates were supportive and fun to work with.

Productive & Enjoyable
Operations Analyst (Current Employee) –  San Jose, CANovember 9, 2015
There's never a day you're bored when you're working here. Although there are times when there's a lot of work to do up to a point it may get overwhelming, we all work together as a team. This makes works much easier. Everyone is a team player! I also love the flexibility here; managers understand when circumstances come up.
Pros
Flexibility
Cons

Flexible Scheduling as a Contractor Tutor
SAT/AP & Math Tutor (Current Employee) –  Irvine, CAOctober 10, 2013
Tutoring with them is a contract job.
If they have students, then you get asked to take them for specific hours that they request. You can take them or not. There's freedom in the hours you work but your paycheck relies on their business.
This can be stressful so being a tutor is a great side job for extra money.
Pros
Friendly coworkers, teaching materials and resources provided, scheduling done for you
Cons
contract/side job
