Technical Recruiter (Former Employee) – San Jose – May 24, 2015
Very poor "management" with negative knowledge of best practices and people-oriented processes.
Recruiters are treated with continuous negative reinforcement and unless you exceed the expectations, you are a failure.
Do not even consider going there. They will woo you at the interviews, giving superlatives and false promises, and 2 weeks after your start date you will be treated as a slave.
Good Work Place
Database Administrator Consultant (Former Employee) – Santa Clara, CA – April 30, 2014
Loved to go work everyday. Great resources are available, both hardware and software. Request any software you need for your work. It will be on your desk in the morning.
