Underemployed. The job is no longer challenging. Too simple. Doesn't pay enough. I'll take my talents and toolbox and go elsewhere. Managers have unrealistic goals. Bonuses don't exist! (Yes, I'm talking about the PIP). Opex is bullishit. I have not been sent on any road trips for field service or repairs. Not enough opportunity for other jobs. I asked about being a program manager and was not taken seriously. People who work up front in the office s are rude and unfriendly.
