Well, I was hired as a contractor, but in less than a year being a contractor, I was hired as an employee by FB. I truly enjoy my job and love working with my co-workers. The load could be a bit stressful, but I don't let it get to me. After all, it is a great company to work for.

There is filling out of the application, followed by an initial interview and testing for industry knowledge and vocabulary , knowledge retention and speech clarity. Then based on the result their was departmental interviews for best fit, Then back round check and drug testing
