Awesome experience with my interview.. Actually in 34 yrs this was my best interview... Warm, friendly, everything was explained in detail . In meeting the team members they were all friendly and I reunited with people I have worked with in the past and they love working at FCS.

No actual “sick days.” You have PTO that constantly accrues. You can cash it out at end of year (but must leave yourself a minimum of 80 hours of PTO) or carry it over into the new year.
Now if you call out due to being sick, you’ll just have to use your PTO but it will be considered “unplanned.” You are allowed 5 unplanned occurrences per a 365 day period. Anything more than that in a years time frame, you may receive a write up. Now 5 occurrences does not mean only 5 days. 1 occurrence can be up to 3 straight days of calling off.
