This place is currently in the process of rebuilding their entire OR and they haven't handled the organization as best as possible. I enjoy the people and doctors the crowd seems pretty content in the disarray of work they are dealing with.

My job responsibilities
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing various surgeries including but not limited to abdominal, ENT, thoracic, vascular and colorectal procedures.
• Interact with departments regarding patient Care
• Comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
• Educate patients/families on health care needs, conditions, options etc.
• Functions as a mentor/preceptor to new staff nurses.
