Wages are very low. Benefits are plentiful: health, dental, vision, life, up to 44 days off of vacation in addition to holidays.

It was a lovely campus and I enjoyed being surrounded by students and knowing I was working to provide them with a great education. I had some colleagues that left a great deal to be desired and didn't enjoy being around them each day.
