They give you one week after one year, and two weeks after two years. You have to give them one month in advance to request, but they may cancel them at any time for whatever reason they have.

The environment is not good. They treat employees bad, rude and with no respect. They do not believe in the work life balance. They believe that they pay you enough that they want you to work 10 - 12 hours per day. Whatever it takes as long as it gets the job done.
