Tried and drained because you cant rest like you want due the overtime that is demanded of the staff. There is a lot of favoritism among higher up Managerment. There are staff that are on probation and can get away with what ever. As for the staff that tries to do the right thing always gets looked over. No consistence with the policies and procedures. The new people that are coming on board are treated bad. So managers fired employees who are very good with the residents because of their egos. Don't want to change and refuses to recognize the employees for the good. The clicks are crazy out there. If you are not in the click there are going to find ways to get rid of you. They say they will rehire some of their former staff that is a lie! If one person don't like you, you are blackball from the agency and they will make it hard for you to find a job else where in the state or at other agencies. They are some hateful people there. If you don't have a position in a 8-430 your are out of luck. It is hard to promote if you are not liked by others as well. The don't look at what you know and how you deal with the residents some feel if you don't have a degree you don't know. However, you do have staff that are sitting on degrees and they refuses to give you a position and that is through out the State of Florida. So if you are not liked or a do person you will not make it there. Some of the new Management don't like the changes.
