What is the work environment and culture like at Florida Virtual School?
It is a stress factory. As I said, run far, run fast. Based on the article I read in Forbes in 2016, this organization quite literally checks 10 out of 10 boxes on the "signs of a bad employer" checklist. The final indignity was the emailed threat to file a police report if I didn't send back the computer within 10 days... as if, after 7 years, I had morphed instantly into a common criminal. Fear based culture, to the last.Asked May 24, 2018
