CNC Machinist in Hastings, NE
on November 17, 2021
The work culture is almost always a bad experience. The machines are either old(Manual)or not maintained well. They have no idea how to properly utilize their personal. For instance, I have a degree in Advanced machining and design technology and they put me on Manual machines despite needing CAM Operators.
Assembly Line Worker in Lynchburg, VA
on November 12, 2021
Friendly coworkers. Overall great people. Pay and benefits are top 5 in the area for hourly employees. Management are mostly clueless & no opportunity for advancement unless you suck up to the right people and those people are always changing.
Engineer in Bethlehem, PA
on November 4, 2021
There are plenty of excellent employees here, especially in operations and engineering. However, there are an inexplicably high number of people in middle management/director level roles with really vague job descriptions. Basically these people do almost nothing to solve actual problems in the company. Rather, they often create new special programs with arbitrary "quality" oriented intentions that cost millions of dollars to implement, and are often abandoned when these people move into another high paying position or job hop to another company.
