I feel their Future is Good as long as they have Military Contracts that Can exploit the Talents of Poor Construction Workers all over the unites States. Future would be even better if they Weed out the Good Old boy system. The Problem is when you recruit People from a former Contractor you often Bring those problems to your company and most of the time it's at the Highest levels of Mangement

I feel that the team is really coming together. The goals for the site and the Fluor way of doing things are starting to become second nature to the workers. At first the employees were not sure of what to expect from Fluor but they now see what Fluor expects.
